Where do we meet the day of our charter?
The specific location where we dock off/meet will be provided to you after booking an appointment.
What happens if the weather conditions are bad leading up to my charter date?
Rest assured that I will closely monitor the weather leading up to your charter date. If it appears that there will be unfavorable weather conditions, I will promptly contact you to discuss the option of rescheduling. If rescheduling is not possible, I will provide a refund to ensure your satisfaction. Your safety and enjoyment are my top priorities, and I will make every effort to accommodate your needs in case of inclement weather.
What is your cancellation policy?
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled fishing charter if they need to cancel or reschedule their reservation.
How can I reschedule or cancel my charter after booking?
To schedule or cancel your charter after booking, it's easy and convenient. Simply go to your profile located at the top right of the page and select "My Bookings." From there, you can make any necessary changes or updates. If you encounter any issues with the My Bookings feature within your profile, don't worry. Just click on the "Contact" tab at the top of the screen and let me know the problem. I will respond promptly and assist you with resolving the issue. Your satisfaction is important to me, and I'm here to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
How many people can I bring?
My boat is designed to comfortably accommodate a total of four people, including myself. Due to the specific size and seating capacity of the boat, I can only accommodate an additional three individuals for a safe and enjoyable experience. The boat is equipped with four seats, ensuring that everyone on board can have ample space and comfort. Maintaining this limit of four people allows me to adhere to safety regulations and guarantees that each passenger can fully enjoy the charter without overcrowding. I prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of my guests, and by keeping the group size within this range, I can provide a personalized and memorable experience for everyone on board.
